1. About Hudai
Hudai is an Islamic application designed to support daily spiritual practices by bringing essential Islamic tools together in one place.
Depending on the version and features available, Hudai may include:
- Holy Quran reading, search, translations, Tafsir, and audio recitations.
- Daily adhkar and duas.
- Prayer times, prayer notifications, athan options, and supported prayer settings.
- Qibla direction.
- Digital tasbih.
- Quran reading progress and spiritual activity tracking.
- Additional features designed to support daily Islamic practices.
Hudai is available for iOS and Android. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the App develops.
2. Free Access and Voluntary Donations
Hudai is completely free to use and ad-free. No paid subscription is required to access the App.
We may provide an optional donation feature through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the available version and platform.
Donations are entirely voluntary. You may use Hudai without making a contribution. A donation does not purchase a subscription, unlock paid features, or create an obligation to make future payments.
Contributions are intended to support the continued maintenance, improvement, and development of Hudai.
Payment Processing and Refunds
Donations made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the relevant platform's payment terms, policies, and procedures.
Please review the contribution amount and currency before confirming payment. Refund requests and payment disputes should be submitted through the applicable platform's official process, subject to its policies and applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property
Hudai, including its name, logo, branding, original visual design, user interface, software code, original graphics, and proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to ARABTEAM LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary elements of Hudai.
- Use the Hudai name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.
- Copy or imitate the App's distinctive interface, original design assets, or proprietary code.
- Attempt to extract source code or reverse engineer the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Religious Texts and Third-Party Materials
The Quran and other public-domain religious texts are not claimed as our original intellectual property merely because they appear in Hudai.
However, specific translations, Tafsir, audio recordings, fonts, images, and other materials may be protected by their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate licenses.
The original software, proprietary design, branding, and selection or arrangement of materials remain protected to the extent permitted by law.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hudai lawfully and responsibly.

- Misrepresent your affiliation with Hudai or ARABTEAM LLC.
- Use our proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

5. Religious Content and Accuracy
Hudai provides Islamic resources and tools intended to support personal worship and religious practice.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee that every translation, commentary, audio recording, prayer time, calculation, or Qibla indication will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every individual circumstance.
Translations and Tafsir reflect the work of their respective authors and may differ in interpretation. Where appropriate, users should consult qualified scholars or trusted religious authorities.
Prayer Times and Qibla Direction
Prayer times may vary according to location, calculation method, local conventions, and settings.
Qibla indications may be affected by device sensors, calibration, environmental interference, and technical limitations.
Please review the available settings and verify important prayer times or directions with trusted local sources when necessary.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Hudai available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be updated, modified, temporarily suspended, or discontinued. Maintenance, operating system changes, network conditions, third-party services, and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
Some features may require an internet connection, device permissions, or compatible hardware.
7. Offline Functionality
Many core features are designed to be accessible without a constant internet connection, subject to the specific feature and whether the necessary content is already available on your device.
Features requiring online services, fresh data, synchronization, or content downloads may need an internet connection.
We do not guarantee that every feature will operate offline in every circumstance.
8. Third-Party Services
Hudai may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Apple App Store and Google Play, for distribution, supported payments, and other functionality.
Your use of those platforms is subject to their applicable terms and policies. External websites or services linked through Hudai may have separate terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hudai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, meet every user's requirements, or be free from errors, interruptions, or technical limitations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARABTEAM LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, Hudai.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Your use of Hudai is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
